Antique Victorian Mahogany Desk ca 1870
This beautiful antique Victorian mahogany desk has a raised back edge above a rectangular top with rounded corners above a central drawer and a cupboard door with one fixed shelf. Each side of the piece has four graduating oak lined drawers with unusual turned handles and the piece stands on a plain rounded plinth, is a rich medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
