Paul Mitchell is one of the second generation of the Mitchell family of fine art dealers, founded by his father John Mitchell in 1930, whose Bond Street gallery is run by Paul's nephews James and William.

Paul Mitchell Ltd provides a comprehensive picture framing and conservation service. From an extensive inventory of antique European frames for paintings, drawings and prints, the company supplies dealers, art agents, auctioneers, museums and private collectors worldwide with expertly-researched framing proposals by means of printed or emailed photomontages. These are supported by a broad knowledge of frames drawn from their unique photographic archive and library.

Paul Mitchell Ltd provides condition appraisals and estimates for picture conservation at their studios, in situ, or prior to anticipated purchase.
