Lacewing fine art was founded in 1979 by Noel James, who has an eclectic mix of fine works of art from the 17th to early 20th century. Paintings, drawings watercolours and sculpture. With his considerable expertise the paintings are carefully selected offering only the best of its kind. Noel is happy to discuss all aspects of picture collecting: buying, selling, restoration or valuations. Lacewing fine art has its own Fine Art Restoration & Conservation Studios for the conservation and restoration of paintings, sculpture and works of art on paper as well as the restoration & re-gilding of frames. Alongside this is a museum quality bespoke framing service.
