Quantum Contemporary Art
Quantum Contemporary Art was established in 1997. Our gallery is based in a converted Victorian laundry in Battersea, south west London.
We represent 30 exciting, contemporary artists who work in a wide range of styles and mediums. In addition to exhibiting their artwork in our gallery, we also participate in major art fairs all over the world including London, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Seattle, Miami, Hong Kong, Singapore and Zurich.
The Quantum Contemporary Art team consists of Johnny Gorman, Tara Williams and Amelia Durie.
The Independent newspaper called us the “patron of young, up-and-coming artists” and The Financial Times described us as “fun, hip and friendly”!
To find our artists we scour the art colleges, exhibitions, studios and artists’ collectives all over Great Britain. We look for visually exciting, innovative and collectable work by talented young professional or emerging artists. All artwork is carefully considered before bringing it to you via our gallery, online, at Quantum exhibitions and at art fairs.
We participate in art fairs all over the world including London, Singapore, Miami, Toronto, Hong Kong, Seattle, Zurich, Boston, San Francisco and New York.
We have extensive experience of working with corporate clients and interior decorators. We are happy to advise clients on building an art collection and frequently undertake commissioned work such as portraiture and murals.
